Trivandrum and its surroundings are home to numerous temples, often overlooked by visitors who prioritize the more prominent ones. However, with ample time on our hands, we had the opportunity to explore a significant number of these lesser-known temples during our stay in Trivandrum.

It is believed that The Navel of the Lord is in Padmanabhaswamy temple. The head is represented here in Parasuramar temple and the foot in Thrippathapuram ( see 053)
